Aventura World’s travel policy relating to the coronavirus

As of Tuesday, October 6, 2020:

Dear Partners in Travel,

Aventura World interim policy for programs delayed through November 30, 2020
At Aventura World, we share our travelers’ concerns about upcoming travel. As a result, we have extended the flexibility to rebook and look forward to your group travel program without concerns for your health and safety. Since our first announcement on March 6, we have worked diligently with our group leaders and organizers to move departure dates. If your departure date falls within our new window delayed programs, we will soon be reaching out to you to reschedule your departure with a future group travel credit valued at 100% of the monies paid to Aventura World.

All payments for your program will be available as a future group travel credit. You will have the flexibility to apply these funds towards a new group travel program. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits. A significant portion of many delayed programs is the airfare (your group contact will be informed of the time limits of your air ticket). Your airline ticket will remain available to use on the new date based on the specific air carriers’ rules and are subject to fare difference if applicable. Most airlines have extended their usual rebooking terms with future credit valid for travel in 2021. Aventura World is working with each carrier to mitigate any fees. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change without notice.

Future scheduled departures from December 1 through December 31, 2020
In the approaching weeks, we hope to have a better understanding if we will be able to operate your group travel program through the end of December. We appreciate your patience while we are currently assisting impacted travelers with their travel plans that were due to depart prior to November 30, 2020.
